ABSTRACT

Mobile Apps have at the present time become a foremost source aimed at online communication , marketing, research and development. Users can utilize these apps in their daily lives. In this research/study, usability of mobile apps under various classes has been evaluated using SUPR-Qm Questionnaire along with 7-point Likert rating scale for acknowledging the best smartphone's App under every class. The objective is to propose the best smartphone's App from the usability perspective. The usability was conducted with 100 respondents. The respondents were divided into two groups; one for Android & second for iOS. 50 respondents of with in group rated all the selected smartphone's Apps of Android and 50 respondents of with in group rated all the selected smartphone's Apps of iOS. The results showed that, for reciting the Holy Quran, the best Application is the "Quran" developed by Quran.com. As the users of this application were more satisfied while using this application. This smartphone's application is the best application from the usability perspective. It is recommended that this application may be used by the users for reciting and exploring the Holy Quran.
